Job SummaryThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads through social media platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and converting leads into business opportunities for the sales team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
  • Perform cold calling to contractors, builders, architects, dealers, distributors, and corporate clients
  • Send email campaigns and follow-up emails to potential customers and prospects
  • Identify customer requirements and share leads with the sales team for closure
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel regularly
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure engagement and conversion
  • Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams to support lead conversion
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
  • Track lead status, response rates, and conversion metrics
  • Attend internal training sessions to understand products and market positioning
  • Lead Generation ChannelsSocial Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business)
  • Cold Calling & Telephonic Outreach
