Role: Business Development Executive (High Incentive – Real Estate Sales):
Company: Goda Krishna Estates
Working Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (Tuesday Week Off)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
We are looking for aggressive, performance-driven Business Development Executives who are hungry for growth and high incentives in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily tele-calling and strong follow-up on leads
Generating site visit conversions
Conducting project presentations and home demos
Handling negotiations and closing sales
Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly targets

Requirements:
Fluency in any two languages: Telugu, Hindi, English (mandatory)
Strong presentation and convincing skills
Must own a laptop
Willingness to work weekends (Tuesday weekly off)
Self-motivated and target-focused mindset

Qualifications Required – Business Development Executive:
Bachelor’s Degree (Any Degree) in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Postgraduate (PG) qualification in Marketing, Sales, Administration, or HR preferred
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Basic knowledge of business development and relationship management
Good communication and presentation skills
Freshers with relevant educational background can apply
Prior experience in real estate sales is an added advantage
