Job Description

Hiring Requisition Format

 

1. JD Overview (BDE)(experience range minimum 1 year)

· Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective customers.

· Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.

· Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assign them to the sales team.

· Schedule meetings for sales representatives.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads.

· Update and manage customer data in CRM systems.

· Maintain daily/weekly reports on lead status and conversions.

· Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction during the initial stages.

 

1. JD Overview (BDM)

· Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

· Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

· Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.

2. Business Problem Statement (Why this role is required)

Important to drive cross selling through centralized vertical
