Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers for Axis Bank products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, CASA, Loans, Credit Cards, and other banking products.
- Generate business through field sales, corporate visits, references, channel partners, and market mapping.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Conduct customer profiling to understand financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per Axis Bank compliance and KYC norms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Credit, Relationship Managers) for smooth processing and timely account activation or disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct market intelligence activities to identify new business opportunities and competitor analysis.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain daily activity reports, MIS, and sales pipeline updates.
- Adhere strictly to Bank policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
