Business Development Executive (BDE)

·      Location & Shifts:

o  Office-based role, Vijayawada.

o  Standard day shift of 9 am to 6 pm

·      Qualifications 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in BBA or Equivalent degree. Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

o  Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Telugu and English.

o  Technical Skills: CRM Tools, Lead Generation, Market Research, Sales Prospecting, Email Marketing, Cold Calling, Sales Funnel Management, Customer Relationship Management, Microsoft Office Suite, Reporting and Documentation, Negotiation Skills

·      Responsibilities 

o  Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, or meetings

o  Explain company products/services in a clear and convincing way

o  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

o  Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities

o  Work closely with the sales and marketing team

o  Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

o  Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities

o  Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets

·      Skills & Competencies 

o  Good communication and interpersonal skills

o  Basic understanding of sales and business development

o  Confidence in speaking with clients

o  Ability to learn quickly and adapt

o  Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools is a plus)

Strong negotiation and convincing skills
