Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into successful projects for the organization.

Compensation Structure:

• The position offers a fixed basic salary of ₹20,000 per month.
• The BDM is expected to secure a minimum of 5 projects and up to 10 projects per month.
• If the minimum target is not achieved, the employee will receive only the fixed basic salary.
• Upon achieving the minimum project target, the BDM will be eligible for performance-based incentives.
• Incentives/Perks will be provided as a percentage of the revenue generated from the secured projects, based on company policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate leads and convert them into projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to company growth.
