Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Loan

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular meetings with bankers to generate loan business.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bankers and DSAs.
• Generate loan leads through DSA and banking channels.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely case login.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Track daily visits and maintain MIS reports.
• Expand network by identifying new business opportunities in the market.
• Eligibility:Graduate (preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in loan sales / field sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel and do field work
