Job Description

  • 1. Lead Handling & ConversionContact and follow up on student & parent enquiries received from calls, walk-ins, online forms, seminars, and campaigns
  • Explain KCC programs (IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation, Boards) clearly and confidently
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
  • Maintain proper follow-up discipline until closure
  • 2. Student & Parent CounsellingUnderstand student academic background, goals, and concerns
  • Guide parents and students on course selection, duration, batch suitability, and outcomes
  • Address doubts related to fees, faculty, results, hostel, and academic structure
  • 3. Business Development ActivitiesSupport school visits, seminars, webinars, and outreach programs
  • Assist in local marketing and student mobilization activities
  • Build relationships with schools, tuition centers, and academic influencers (if assigned)
  • 4. Reporting & Data ManagementMaintain daily records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Update lead status accurately in CRM / Google Sheets
  • Share daily and weekly performance reports with seniors
  • 5. CoordinationCoordinate with Sales team I Sales manager to ensure smooth admission process
  • Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of newly admitted students
