Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing)

Experience: Freshers/Experience

Location: Pillar No C850, Near RTO, Uppal, Hyderabad - Onsite

Shift: Night Shift (7:30PM to 4:30PM)

Job Responsibilities

·       Learn US IT staffing & bench sales process.

·       Market consultants (H1B, GC, USC, EAD) to US vendors & clients.

·       Understand consultant profiles, skills & visa status.

·       Submit resumes to job portals, vendors, and implementation partners.

·       Maintain daily marketing & submission reports.

·       Coordinate with recruiters to get updated consultant details.

·       Follow up with vendors for interview feedback.

·       Maintain bench database and track submissions.

Required Skills

·       Good communication skills (verbal & written).

·       Basic understanding of IT technologies (training will be provided).

·       Willingness to work in US shifts.

·       Basic knowledge of MS Excel & email communication.

·       Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualification

Any Graduate (B. Tech / BCA / MCA / BSc / MBA preferred).

Freshers with good English communication can apply.
