Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
- Understand client requirements and map client needs with our service offerings.
- Pitch IT services such as:
- Website & Web Application Development
- Mobile Application Development
- CRM & ERP Development
- Digital Marketing Solutions (SEO, Google Ads, SMM, etc.)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Maintain client data, track interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Participate in exhibitions, professional networking events, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (IT industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of IT products, software development lifecycle, and digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
