Job Description:
We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) for PhonePe QR Scanner and Soundbox onboarding.
The role involves visiting local shops and onboarding merchants to use PhonePe digital payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit shops and merchants in assigned areas
Explain PhonePe QR Scanner and Soundbox benefits
Onboard new merchants on the PhonePe platform
Complete KYC and documentation process
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with merchants
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Must have a smartphone
Two-wheeler is mandatory
Basic communication skills in local language
Willingness to work in the field
