● Job Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field

● Location: Pan India

● Eligibility: Graduates (Freshers & candidates with up to 11 months of experience can apply) Candidate who have complete graduation between 2020 and 2024 are eligible

● Salary: ₹16,500 – ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives (Up to ₹6,500)

● Additional Benefit: ₹100 Daily Travel Allowance

● Job Type: Full-Time

● Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

• Job Responsibilities:Visit 40 to 50 retail shops daily and introduce FMCG products such as packaged foods, beverages, and household essentials
• Generate demand orders from retail shops
• Pitch products to shop owners and explain their benefits
• Ensure that products are properly displayed on store shelves
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
• Requirements:Graduate (Any stream)
• Willing to work in the field
• Freshers & candidates with less than 11 months of experience can apply
• Additional Details:The company will provide details of assigned areas
• The selection process includes one interview with the Regional Manager
• The interview will be conducted online via Google Meet
