Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)


The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, colleges, and learners, and driving sales of our educational products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to meet sales targets.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
  • Present and demonstrate the company’s EdTech products and solutions to potential clients such as schools, institutions, and students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and educational partners.
  • Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Participate in education events, seminars, and webinars to promote company offerings.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or EdTech industry (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with educational institutions and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Preferred QualificationsExperience working in the EdTech industry.
  • Understanding of online learning platforms and digital education solutions.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C education sales.
