Job Title: Business Development Executive (Education / Training Institute)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for expanding our institute’s reach by building strong relationships with colleges, universities, and corporate organizations. The role involves visiting educational institutions, generating leads, organizing workshops & internship programs, and driving overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. College & Institutional OutreachVisit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to establish partnerships
- Meet HODs, placement officers, and management to introduce training programs
- Present institute offerings like certification courses, internships, workshops
- Maintain long-term relationships with institutions
🔹 2. Business Development & Lead GenerationIdentify new business opportunities in the education sector
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and references
- Convert leads into admissions and corporate tie-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
🔹 3. Workshops & Seminar CoordinationPlan and conduct seminars, guest lectures, and workshops in colleges
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth execution
- Promote programs during events and drive student enrollments
🔹 4. Internship & Training ProgramsDevelop and pitch internship programs for students
- Collaborate with companies to provide real-time training opportunities
- Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination of students
🔹 5. Corporate Tie-UpsBuild partnerships with companies for training, placements, and projects
- Develop B2B relationships for bulk training programs
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
🔹 6. Marketing & PromotionSupport digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Participate in education fairs, career expos, and events
- Promote institute brand awareness in the market
🔹 7. Reporting & MISMaintain daily activity reports (visits, leads, conversions)
- Track pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Provide insights for improving business strategies
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation & convincing ability
- Field sales & marketing experience preferred
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
QualificationAny Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in Education Sales / Business Development
