Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to support Friss India’s expansion strategy. The role involves onboarding retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers, as well as promoting and selling Friss India’s business plans and franchise offerings within assigned territories.

This position requires a high level of ownership, professional communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and onboard Retailers, Wholesalers, and Manufacturers onto the Friss India platform

Promote and close sales for Friss India Business Plans and Franchise Models

Develop and execute territory-level business development strategies

Generate leads through field activities, networking, referrals, and market visits

Conduct structured sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations

Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue and onboarding targets

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of partners

Maintain accurate documentation, CRM updates, and sales reports

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Uphold Friss India’s brand values and professional standards in all engagements

  

Eligibility & Competencies:

 Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Franchise Sales, or Channel Sales

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; local regional language is mandatory

Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

 Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills

Willingness to travel within the assigned region

 Immediate joiners preferred

Female candidates preferred
