We are looking for a Franchise Sales Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in franchise / high-ticket / inside sales. The role involves handling leads, qualifying prospects, explaining franchise business models, and closing franchise deals.


Key Responsibilities·      Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads

·      Conduct qualification calls to assess investor interest and budget

·      Explain franchise business models (Kiosk / Express / Store formats)

·      Share investment details, ROI, and operational overview clearly

·      Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested prospects

·      Coordinate with senior sales managers for closures

·      Maintain accurate data in CRM and ensure lead hygiene

·      Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion metrics


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in franchise sales / inside sales / pre-sales / high-ticket sales
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
  • Experience in lead qualification and consultative selling
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes



Preferred Background

  • Franchise sales / real estate / education / retail / food & beverage sales
  • Experience dealing with investors or business owners
  • Target-driven sales mindset
