About the Role:

Are you passionate about helping students grow in their careers? We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our EdTech sales team. In this role, you will talk to students and parents, understand their career goals, and guide them to the right courses offered by Codegnan.

This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in sales and business development.

What You Will Do:

·      Talk to potential students and parents through calls, messages, emails, and online meetings.

·      Understand students’ education and career goals.

·      Explain Codegnan’s courses and how they can help learners achieve their goals.

·      Work towards monthly enrollment and sales targets.

·      Keep track of all interactions in our CRM system.

·      Build good relationships with students and parents to earn referrals.

·      Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth student on boarding.

·      Stay updated about new courses, industry trends, and competitors.

Who Can Apply?

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·      Strong verbal and communication skills.

·      Ability to identify and research potential clients and market segments.

·      Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

·      Strong negotiation and closing skills.

·      Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools.

·      Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
