Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Saturday & Sundays are Working days

Tuesdays are week off

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on Market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing to provide informed recommendations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs.
  • Site Visits & Negotiations: Arrange and conduct site visits, highlighting property features and negotiating contract terms to close transactions.
