π§ About the Role
We are looking for a driven and street-smart Business Development Executive to support our Business Development Manager. This role is primarily field-oriented, involving regular travel across different localities to identify opportunities, build relationships, and generate quality leads.
You will be the frontline representative of Builtiful, opening doors and creating opportunities that the BD Manager will take forward for closure.
π― Key Responsibilities
Travel across assigned localities and markets to identify potential clients and projects
Generate and qualify high-intent leads for the BD Manager
Conduct initial discussions and understand client requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, builders, vendors, and partners
Coordinate with the BD Manager for follow-ups, meetings, and deal closures
Maintain accurate records of leads and daily field activity
Represent Builtiful professionally during all interactions
π« Ideal Candidate Profile
2β5 years of experience in field sales or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with extensive local travel and field work
Self-driven, target-oriented, and business-minded
Ability to spot opportunities and think commercially
Basic familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools is a plus
Experience in the construction, interiors, or real estate sector will be an added advantage.
