Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven BDE - Sales to spearhead on-ground business acquisition in Hyderabad, focusing on expanding our client base in housekeeping and cleaning services. You will generate leads, close deals, and manage a sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets while ensuring seamless service delivery. This role combines hunter sales instincts with strong team leadership to fuel our ground-level expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales (60%)
- Identify and prospect high-potential clients in Hyderabad, including corporate offices, malls, hotels, hospitals, manufacturing units, and educational institutions, through cold calling, site visits, networking events, and local partnerships.
- Conduct on-ground market mapping, competitor analysis, and needs assessments to pitch customized housekeeping solutions (e.g., daily cleaning, deep cleaning, disinfection protocols, waste management).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new contracts, upsell services, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets (e.g., ₹5-10 lakhs in new business per quarter).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs, ensuring 90%+ win rates on qualified leads.
- Build long-term client relationships via regular follow-ups, site audits, and feedback loops to drive renewals and referrals.
Team Management & Leadership (30%)
- Recruit, onboard, and train a team of 5-10 sales executives and coordinators, providing hands-on mentoring on sales techniques, product knowledge, and Hyderabad-specific market dynamics.
- Set individual KPIs (e.g., 50 leads/month per rep, 20% conversion rate), conduct weekly performance reviews, and implement incentive programs to boost team motivation and retention.
- Foster a high-energy team culture through recognition, skill-building workshops, and collaborative problem-solving to maintain low attrition (<10%) and high productivity.
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth client handovers, monitoring service quality to minimize complaints and support cross-selling opportunities.
Reporting & Strategy (10%)
- Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports on sales funnel, revenue forecasts, team performance, and market trends using data analytics.
- Collaborate with HQ on pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and expansion plans for Hyderabad suburbs (e.g., Gachibowli, Hi-Tech City, Secunderabad).
- Stay updated on industry regulations (e.g., Hyderabad Municipal Corporation hygiene standards) and emerging trends like green cleaning or IoT-enabled services.
