Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field) for our sanitary store. The candidate will be responsible for generating business from builders, contractors, architects, and real estate developers by promoting our sanitary ware, bath fittings, tiles, and plumbing products.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit builders, construction sites, contractors, and architects regularly.
• Generate new leads and develop strong relationships with builders.
• Present product catalogs, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Close bulk orders for sanitary and bathroom products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
• Maintain database of builders and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with store team for order processing and delivery.
• Collect payments and ensure timely recovery.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Required Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Good knowledge of sanitary ware, tiles, bath fittings (preferred).
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
