Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing across industries.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and workforce requirements.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team to fulfill client requirements.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring contract terms are favorable and compliant.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline, reports, and CRM systems.
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Required Skills:Proven experience in business development or sales in staffing/recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring models (contract, C2H, permanent).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
