Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (plus uncapped incentives)

Role Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face, voice, and occasionally the superhero of Mavensoft Furniture. Your mission: connect with customers, showcase our furniture, close deals, and make people fall in love with great design.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential buyers and existing clients including interior designers, architects, builders, project managers, and walk-in customers.
  • Promote our product range with confidence, clarity, and charm.
  • Qualify incoming leads and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Answer client queries professionally—whether over phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
  • Close deals by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Collect customer feedback and help improve products and service processes.
  • Suggest upgrades or additional products based on client requirements.
  • Represent the Mavensoft Furniture brand across all customer segments.
  • Take ownership of sales targets and achieve them within defined timelines.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in sales.
  • Ability to quickly learn our product range and apply effective sales techniques.
  • The capability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for great furniture.

  • Experience: 2 year (Preferred)
  • Languages: English (Required)
  • Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Preferred; candidates should be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting)
  • Travel: 25% (Preferred; visiting client sites, architects, and showrooms)
