Job Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Prospect and Identify Leads: Research and identify potential corporate clients and partners within the designated territory. Create a targeted list of prospects to pursue.
2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations. Develop a deep understanding of their healthcare needs and objectives.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the hospital's services, facilities, medical expertise, and technology to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
4. Customized Solutions: Collaborate with the hospital's medical and administrative teams to tailor healthcare solutions that meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
5. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with our quaternary care hospital.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals that align with volume targets and corporate objectives.
7. Contract Management: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of contracts and agreements, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities and trend. Provide regular reports to management on sales progress.
9. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats. Make data-driven recommendations for ma
