Job Description
About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (Tele Sales) to help grow our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our digital services, and converting leads into customers.
This role is perfect for someone who loves communication, sales, and wants to grow fast in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities•
Call potential clients from provided leads
• Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Explain our services clearly:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- SEO Services
- Digital Marketing
- AI Automation Services
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Schedule meetings between clients and senior team
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status
• Follow up regularly to close deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills•
Good communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred)
• Confidence in speaking with clients
• Basic understanding of sales process
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)
• Strong persuasion skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus)•
Experience in tele sales or digital marketing sales
• Experience in cold calling
• Experience using CRM tools
