Job Description
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events or trade shows.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Creating and implementing strategies to drive revenue, including tailoring sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to client needs.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handling contract negotiations and closing sales to meet or exceed company targets.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Working with marketing and product teams to refine sales approaches, and reporting on KPIs to management.
