Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers and partners.

2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new customers through direct and indirect prospecting activities.

3. Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline on an ongoing basis to review performance and optimize strategies to ensure objectives are met.

4. Maintain strong follow-ups through regular feedback and engagement calls; create effective lead engagement plans and strategies.

5. Thoroughly understand each product/service offering and stay updated with enhancements and changes.

6. Ensure efficient and effective lead utilization through consistent followups, low turnaround time (TAT), and multiple connectivity attempts.

7. Prepare and update customized client proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.

8. Build cross-functional relationships within the organization and collaborate closely with the growth and marketing teams by sharing insights and feedback.
