Job Title: Business Development Executive – Retail

Role Summary:
Seeking a driven Business Development Executive with strong networks in the paints and hardware retail sector. Responsible for dealer onboarding, territory expansion, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in paints & hardware retail.
* Leverage industry relationships to build strategic brand partnerships.
* Conduct regular market visits and drive sales growth.
* Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations.
* Track competitor activity and market trends.
* Represent Mygate at trade events and exhibitions.
Requirements:
* 6–12 months’ experience in retail sales/business development (paints, hardware, or FMCG preferred).
* Strong industry contacts; prior dealer/distributor engagement essential.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-starter with ability to travel extensively within the city.
