Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Manager to handle lead generation, site visit coordination, and promotions for our farmhouse projects and resort business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & SalesHandle leads from Facebook, Instagram, Google & portals
• Call and qualify prospects
• Fix site visits and follow up regularly
• Support the closing team in conversions
• Resort PromotionsPromote weekend stays, events & group bookings
• Coordinate with travel agents & corporates
• Help in running seasonal offers and campaigns
• Channel Partner SupportCoordinate with brokers & channel partners
• Track enquiries and conversions
• ReportingMaintain lead data in Excel / CRM
• Daily follow-up & sales reporting
• Skills RequiredGood communication in Telugu & English
• Confident in phone calling & customer handling
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Field work + office coordination
• Experience in real estate / hospitality sales is a plus
• Experience1–5 years in sales / marketing / business development
