Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our growth initiatives within Super Electricals. You will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities, forging key partnerships, and driving sales of our electrical products and services. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a strong understanding of the electrical sector, a knack for building relationships, and a proven track record of closing new business.
Education & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
2. 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
3. Experience dealing with government tenders, large contracts, or turnkey projects is a strong advantage.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
