Brolly Academy is looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong focus on company collaborations and placements.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage corporate tie-ups for placements
• Connect with HRs & Hiring Managers for hiring partnerships
• Source, screen, and map candidate profiles to company requirements
• Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and hiring events
• Maintain strong relationships with placement partners

🎯 Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience in Business Development / Placements / Corporate Relations
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in EdTech or training & placement is a plus
