Job Description

Role Objective


  • Close high-value brand deals in ad films, influencer marketing, and digital media.



Key Responsibilities


  • Acquire large brands, startups, and funded companies.
  • Pitch ad films, influencer campaigns, OTT & digital ads.
  • Convert TV/ATL budgets into digital executions.
  • Own full sales cycle: lead → pitch → negotiate → close.
  • Build long-term retainers and repeat revenue.
  • Work with creative, production, and media teams.



Target Clients


  • FMCG, beverages, fintech, D2C, real estate, apps.



KPIs


  • Monthly revenue closed.
  • Average deal size.
  • Retainers signed.
  • Client renewal rate.



Required Profile


  • 3–7 years in ad sales / media sales / agency BD.
  • Proven big-brand closures (mandatory).
  • Strong pitch & negotiation skills.
  • Brand or agency network preferred.



Reject If


  • Only local sales experience.
  • No closure proof.



CTC


  • Fixed + high commissions + performance bonus.
