Job Description
Role Objective
- Close high-value brand deals in ad films, influencer marketing, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire large brands, startups, and funded companies.
- Pitch ad films, influencer campaigns, OTT & digital ads.
- Convert TV/ATL budgets into digital executions.
- Own full sales cycle: lead → pitch → negotiate → close.
- Build long-term retainers and repeat revenue.
- Work with creative, production, and media teams.
Target Clients
- FMCG, beverages, fintech, D2C, real estate, apps.
KPIs
- Monthly revenue closed.
- Average deal size.
- Retainers signed.
- Client renewal rate.
Required Profile
- 3–7 years in ad sales / media sales / agency BD.
- Proven big-brand closures (mandatory).
- Strong pitch & negotiation skills.
- Brand or agency network preferred.
Reject If
- Only local sales experience.
- No closure proof.
CTC
- Fixed + high commissions + performance bonus.
