Job Summary

Visa Pro Connects is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead B-Tech college outreach and drive student enrolments for international education programs. The ideal candidate must have strong institutional networking skills and a proven track record in the overseas education or higher-education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Visa Pro Connects during visits to B-Tech colleges and universities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, placement officers, departmental heads, and student bodies.

Conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events on campus.

Identify and convert engineering students interested in studying abroad.

Present global education opportunities (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.) clearly and professionally.

Achieve monthly and quarterly student conversion targets.

Coordinate with the admissions team for application assessment, documentation, and follow-ups.

Maintain detailed logs of college visits, leads generated, and conversion reports.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills

Strong student counselling and conversion capability

Proven experience in field sales or educational outreach

Ability to connect with engineering students and understand academic requirements

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively across regions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas education, admissions, institutional sales, or college outreach

Experience in managing institutional partnerships is highly desirable
