We are looking for a dynamic Food Court Manager to run day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach. What You Will Do:

Manage Daily Operations: Ensure smooth running of the food court, including overseeing food stalls, managing staff, and maintaining cleanliness.

Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to customers, ensuring they have an amazing dining experience.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of staff to ensure everyone is working efficiently and effectively.

Inventory & Stock Control: Keep track of supplies, order materials, and ensure all food items are fresh and available.

Sales & Marketing: Promote the food court, manage events, and collaborate with vendors to attract new customers and increase sales.

Financial Management: Keep track of sales, manage budgets, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
