Business Development Manager (BDM)

Client Handling & Sales**

* Handle incoming enquiries from Instagram, website, referrals, and walk ins

* Understand client requirements, vision, timelines, and budgets

* Schedule and attend client meetings

* Present company work, approach, and planning process

* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

**Business Development**

* Build relationships with venues, photographers, caterers, decorators, and other vendors

* Generate new leads through networking and partnerships

* Identify referral and repeat business opportunities

* Represent the company at industry events and client meets

**Proposals & Follow Ups**

* Coordinate with planning and design teams for estimates and proposals

* Ensure accurate communication of client briefs internally

* Maintain regular follow ups with clients

* Track enquiry status, conversions, and closures**Post Booking Support**

* Act as a bridge between client and internal teams until project handover

* Support senior team members during important client discussions

### Skills & Qualities Required

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to understand client psychology and budgets

* Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury services preferred

* Organised, calm under pressure, and dependable

* Willing to work weekends when required

### Experience

* 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development

* Relevant industry experience is an advantage

### Compensation

* Monthly salary between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000, if good candidate 40,000 to 60000 can pay.
