Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Field Fundraising Leadership

• Develop and execute on-ground fundraising strategies.
• Lead direct donor acquisition activities.
• Identify high-potential fundraising zones (corporates, gated communities, events).
• Ensure monthly fundraising targets are achieved.

2️⃣ Agent Network Development

• Recruit, train, and manage field fundraising agents.
• Create incentive plans and performance tracking systems.
• Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations.
• Build a scalable agent-based fundraising model similar to insurance channel networks.

3️⃣ Strategic Partnerships

• Develop relationships with:
• Apartment associations
• Corporate HR teams
• Event organizers
• Community leaders
