🔎 Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Female Business Development Manager who has strong expertise in Brand Collaborations, Influencer Marketing, and UGC Marketing and can bring new business opportunities while building long-term brand relationships.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard brands for collaborations and marketing campaigns
• Manage Influencer Marketing & UGC-based projects
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Develop proposals, presentations, and pitch strategies
• Pitch services confidently to brands and agencies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with creative teams to execute campaigns
• Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
• ✅ RequirementsPrior experience in Brand Collaborations / Influencer Marketing / UGC Marketing (Mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching skills
• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
• Ability to develop proposals and close deals independently
• Result-oriented mindset with strong business understanding
