Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track incoming sales leads from various channels (social media, website, referrals, campaigns).
- Perform cold calling to generate new leads and introduce company services.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Excel sheets.
- Understand client requirements and explain company services clearly.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the Senior Sales Team.
- Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare simple reports on lead status, conversions, and pipeline updates.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Basic sales knowledge and confidence in cold calling.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good at maintaining data and organizing follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and quick learner.
- EducationAny graduate (Life Science / Business background preferred but not mandatory)
