Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in generating business, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches
  • Track market trends and competitor activities


Required Skills:


  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Ability to work independently and handle targets
  • Experience in IT services / staffing / digital services is a plus
  • Good understanding of B2B sales


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA is an added advantage
