Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit poultry farms, dealers, and distributors to promote products
• Generate new leads and develop strong customer relationships
• Explain product benefits and provide on-field solutions to farmers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach
• Conduct product demos and collect field feedback
• Coordinate with distributors for order processing and payments
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Experience in poultry, feed, or veterinary sales preferred
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Basic knowledge of poultry farming is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
