Job Description
Role Overview:We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to establish strategic partnerships with corporates, housing societies, and consultancies. The BDM will drive tie-ups and bulk bookings to generate revenue for our real estate project.
- Key Responsibilities:Approach corporate companies for employee housing tie-ups
- Tie-up with housing societies and consultancies for partnership opportunities
- Identify strategic DSA / agent tie-up opportunities in Hyderabad
- Negotiate deals and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain relationships with partners and provide updates to management
- Collaborate with CP Managers and Field Executives to execute tie-ups
- Requirements:Proven B2B sales / business development experience
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented
- Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is a plus
