Job Description

Role Overview:We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to establish strategic partnerships with corporates, housing societies, and consultancies. The BDM will drive tie-ups and bulk bookings to generate revenue for our real estate project.

  • Key Responsibilities:Approach corporate companies for employee housing tie-ups
  • Tie-up with housing societies and consultancies for partnership opportunities
  • Identify strategic DSA / agent tie-up opportunities in Hyderabad
  • Negotiate deals and convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Maintain relationships with partners and provide updates to management
  • Collaborate with CP Managers and Field Executives to execute tie-ups
  • Requirements:Proven B2B sales / business development experience
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented
  • Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is a plus
  • Incentives / Benefits: Performance-based incentives on tie-ups and bookings
