We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and increase revenue through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Generate leads, build pipeline, and convert prospects into clients
• Develop & implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer mapping
• Manage and maintain strong client relationships and key accounts
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals
• Track performance, analyze data, and ensure consistent business growth
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for execution
• Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience in Sales / Business Development
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent client handling & relationship building ability
• Target-oriented mindset with strong result focus
• Qualifications Graduate / Any Degree preferred
• Experience: (2–6 Years)
