Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and skilled in sales and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Generate leads through field work, calls, and meetings

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Present company products/services to potential clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Prepare sales reports and market analysis

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

2–6 years of experience in business development or sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Local market knowledge of Hyderabad preferred
