• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in security & housekeeping services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients
• Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
• Represent Pro Raksha in client meetings and business discussions
• RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in Security Services / Housekeeping / IFM industry
• Strong sales and business development background
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
