The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The Impact you will have in this role:   This role will play a key part in establishing Business Intelligence Engineer as the authoritative reporting layer for IT performance and governance metrics and will expand over time to support additional dashboards and analytics initiatives across Technology. 

Your Primary Responsibilities: 

• Partner with data engineering and Snowflake teams to validate data structures, metric logic, and data quality 
• Track work, enhancements, and defects using JIRA, participating in Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery 
• Ensure dashboards follow reporting standards, governance requirements, and documentation best practices 
• Support ongoing enhancement of IT metrics, KPIs, and balanced scorecard frameworks as business needs evolve.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Experience working with Snowflake as a reporting and analytics data source 
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting 
• Experience using JIRA within Agile delivery models 
• Proven experience developing, validating, and reporting on metrics and KPIs, including executive‑level dashboards 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences 
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and analytical thinking 
• Thought leadership in data visualization, metric design, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions 
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse technical and business stakeholder groups
