Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes that align with organizational goals and functional requirements. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, creating detailed process blueprints, and establishing key performance indicators. You will also engage in quality management reviews to ensure that all requirements are met, while educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designs you develop. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and design specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into process designs. - Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with quality management principles and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
