Job Title: Kitchen StaffJob SummaryWe are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, portioning, etc.)
• Support cooks and chefs during service hours
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Handle dishwashing and waste disposal properly
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients
• Help in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
• Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and management
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Requirements & SkillsBasic knowledge of kitchen operations (preferred)
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
• Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take instructions
• Physically fit and active
• Experience & EducationPrior kitchen or food service experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)
• Basic education preferred
