Cafe Manager

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and hands-on Café Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive our café’s growth. The ideal candidate should balance leadership, hospitality, and business acumen with ease.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day café operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and train staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards
• Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and cost control
• Ensure consistent food & beverage quality and presentation
• Monitor sales, manage cash handling, and prepare basic reports
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and resolve issues professionally
• Implement promotions, upselling strategies, and service improvements
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and cleanliness standards

Requirements & SkillsProven experience as a Café Manager or Restaurant Manager

• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Good knowledge of coffee, beverages, and café-style food
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
• Basic understanding of billing systems and inventory management
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
