Call Center Agent

Role Overview:

Responsible for supporting supply operations through vendor calling, grievance handling, agreement coordination, and relationship management. This role ensures smooth communication between vendors and the field team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct new supply hunting through outbound calling and pass qualified leads to the FO team.
• Handle supply-related grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate vendor agreement signing, documentation, and approvals.
• Communicate and support Value-Added Services (VAS) for vendors.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships through regular follow-ups and assistance.
