Job Description
Handle inbound calls from drivers and service providers regarding registration and onboarding.
Create driver accounts on the BlinkCare platform with accurate details and documentation.
Verify documents such as ID proofs, driving license, and background information.
Approve or reject accounts based on verification guidelines and company criteria.
Provide clear instructions to drivers about app usage, payments, and service requirements.
Resolve driver queries related to onboarding, schedules, payments, or app issues.
Maintain records of all calls, applications, and approval statuses.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations/support) for escalations or incomplete applications.
